Who to message

What the desk handles

Three kinds of message land on this chat every day. Whichever one you are, lead with it and the reply comes back faster.

New players

Want an ID or a free demo? Say so in the first message and it will be ready in minutes. Details on the new ID page.

Payments

Deposits and withdrawals run on the same chat. Lead with your ID username and a screenshot — see the deposit guide.

Existing players

Login resets, fresh links, settlement queries — the customer care page lists what to send for the fastest fix.

Good to know

Before you message

We reply from the same number you message — there is no separate “verification team” that will contact you from new numbers. If anyone else messages you claiming to be us, ignore them and tell us on the main chat.

We never ask for your bank password, card PIN or an OTP. Deposits are payments you make from your own app to the account details we share in chat; nothing else is ever required.

And if your question is “is this safe / how does it work”, ask exactly that. The desk answers honestly, and the about page covers who we are and the standards we publish for ourselves. This service is for adults 18+ only — see our responsible gaming commitments.

Hours

When the desk is awake

The chat is staffed around the clock, but it is not staffed evenly, and it is fairer to tell you how a day here actually runs. Mornings from about nine are quiet and replies come back almost at once. Afternoons pick up with deposits. The heavy window is roughly seven in the evening to one in the morning, which is when Indian cricket is on and when most Lemon Exchange IDs get opened. Between two and six in the morning there is still a person on the number, just one of them, so a reply can take longer than it would at noon.

None of that changes on Sundays, bank holidays or festival days. Payments are the one exception worth understanding: your bank can be slower than we are. A UPI transfer at three in the morning during a scheduled maintenance window is not stuck because the desk is asleep. It is stuck because the rails are.

Match nights are the busiest and also the most time-sensitive, so if you are messaging during a live game, put the urgent thing in the first line. Do not open with hello and then wait. A message that reads withdrawal pending, username attached, screenshot below gets dealt with faster than a conversation that has to be assembled question by question.

Request types

What to send the Lemon Exchange desk, by request type

Four kinds of request cover almost everything that lands on this number. Each one has a short list of details that turns a long back-and-forth into a single reply.

New ID or a free demo account

Say whether you want a full Lemon Exchange ID or the free demo, whether it is mainly for cricket or casino, and the name you want on the account. Nothing else is needed to start — no document upload, no selfie, no address proof. Expect the username and password back on the same thread within a few minutes. Change that password the moment you log in, and never forward the credentials to anybody, including anyone claiming to be from this desk.

A deposit that has not credited

Send four things: your username, the exact amount, the UTR or UPI reference number, and a screenshot of the confirmation from your banking app. Add the time you sent it if the screenshot does not show one. With those in hand, a payment that landed against the wrong reference usually gets traced in minutes. Without the reference number we are searching blind and the whole thing takes far longer than it needs to.

A withdrawal that is sitting still

Give the username, the amount requested and the time you requested it. Check first that the bank account name matches the name on your account exactly, because a mismatch stalls more payouts than every other cause put together. Most withdrawals clear the same day. If yours has crossed that, say so on the chat and it gets chased rather than waiting quietly for you to ask a second time.

Login, app or link trouble

Tell us the username, the device you are on, and what you actually see — wrong password, blank page, app closing on open. A screenshot beats a description every time. Fresh links come from this chat and only this chat. If you have an old address bookmarked, delete it. Cloned Lemon Exchange login pages do exist, and they are built to harvest exactly what you are about to type.

After you send

What happens next, and how to escalate

The first reply comes from a person on the Lemon Exchange desk, not a menu. Expect it in about two minutes through the quiet hours and a little longer during a live match. That first message will either solve the thing outright or tell you what else is needed, which is exactly why sending the details listed above in one go saves a whole round of back and forth.

If half an hour passes with nothing, send one short follow-up on the same thread with the word urgent at the front. Do not start a new chat and do not message a different number, because that splits your history across two places and slows everything down. If an hour passes on a payment issue, ask directly for it to be escalated: the shift handling the queue passes the case up with your username attached, and you are told who has it.

Anything that has to go to the Lemon Exchange platform rather than stay with the desk takes longer. You will be told that is what is happening rather than left on read, given a realistic window, and come back to with the outcome even when the outcome is not the one you hoped for. Cases here are not closed silently.

Safety

Language options, impostors and what we never ask for

The desk answers in Hindi or English, whichever one you open in, and mixing the two mid-sentence is completely normal here. Voice notes are fine if typing is slow. If you are more comfortable in Gujarati or Marathi, send it anyway and whoever is on shift will usually manage.

What we never ask for is worth memorising, because it is the quickest way to spot a fake. Nobody from this desk will ask for your bank password, your card PIN, your UPI PIN or an OTP. Nobody will ask you to install a screen-sharing or remote-access app. Nobody will ask you to send money to a personal account that was not shared on this thread. A real deposit is a payment you make yourself, from your own app, to details that appear in the same chat you have been using all along.

Impostors usually turn up as a new number using our logo as a profile picture, offering a Lemon Exchange bonus that expires in ten minutes. Screenshot it, send it across and block them. We will never contact you first from an unknown number, and we will never ring you to ask for anything you would not type into the chat yourself.

FAQ

Contacting the desk, answered

What are the desk's contact hours on a normal weekday?

Twenty four hours, every day of the week, bank holidays included. In practice the fastest windows are mid morning and mid afternoon, when a reply usually lands almost at once. Evenings from around seven are the busiest, because that is when the cricket is on. Overnight there is still a person on the number, just fewer of them, so allow a little more time.

How long before someone reads my first WhatsApp message?

Usually under two minutes outside peak hours. During a live match with a crowd in the queue it can stretch to five or ten, and at three in the morning it can be longer again. Leading with the actual problem instead of a greeting moves you up the line, because the person reading can start working on it before replying to you.

What details should I include when reporting a failed deposit?

Four things: your username, the exact amount, the UTR or UPI reference number, and a screenshot of the confirmation from your banking app. Mention the time you sent it if the screenshot does not show one. With all four, a payment that went against the wrong reference is usually traced quickly. Without the reference number the search takes considerably longer.

Can I email instead of using WhatsApp?

There is no support inbox, and we would rather admit that than publish an address nobody watches. Everything runs through the one chat so both sides keep the same written record of what was promised and when. If you genuinely cannot use WhatsApp, say so in a message from any number and the desk will work out something that suits you.

What should I do if nobody replies within an hour?

Send one short follow-up on the same thread with urgent at the start. Do not open a new chat with a different number, because that splits your history and slows the fix down. If it is a payment problem, ask for it to be escalated and the shift passes it up with your username attached. Repeated messages in a row do not move you forward.

Will the desk ever call me from an unknown number?

No. We do not cold call, and we never contact you first from a number you have not already been messaging. If a call or a new chat claims to be us and asks for a PIN, an OTP or a transfer to a personal account, it is a scam. Screenshot it, block it, and send the screenshot to the thread you already trust.

How do I escalate a withdrawal that is still pending after a day?

Reply on the existing thread with your username, the amount and the original request time, and ask for it to be escalated. Check first that your bank account name matches the name on the account, since a mismatch stalls more payouts than anything else. The desk will tell you whether it sits with us or with the Lemon Exchange platform, and give you a realistic window.

Can someone else message on my behalf about my account?

We would much rather you did it yourself. Balances, account details and payout status only go to the number the account was opened from, because that is the one protection a chat desk can genuinely offer you. If you truly cannot message, tell us from your own number first and say who will be writing. Never hand your username and password to a friend.

Does the desk answer questions from people who are not customers yet?

Yes, and those questions get the same speed as everyone else. Ask how the markets work, what a Lemon Exchange ID actually gets you, or whether a demo account is worth trying before you put money in. Nobody will chase you afterwards with daily offers. If you decide it is not for you, say so and the chat ends there.

What information should I never send over chat?

Never send your bank password, your card PIN, your UPI PIN or an OTP, to us or to anybody claiming to be us. There is no situation in which this desk needs them. Photographs of your card, front or back, are a bad idea as well. A username, an amount and a payment reference are enough to sort almost any problem you have.
