Support desk · always on

Lemon Exchange customer care that actually replies

No ticket numbers, no hold music, no chatbot loops. Our care desk is a WhatsApp chat staffed by people around the clock — the same people who created your ID and handle your money.

18+ only · Typical first reply under 2 minutes · Hindi & English

What we handle

One chat for every problem

Everything to do with your account runs through the care desk: deposits that have not reflected, withdrawal status, password resets, fresh platform links when a domain changes, app reinstalls, bet settlement queries and plain how-does-this-work questions. Because the desk sits next to the payments and ID records, there is no “forwarding to the concerned department” — the person reading your message can usually fix the thing directly.

Response speed is the metric we obsess over. During daytime the first reply typically lands inside two minutes; overnight it can stretch slightly, but the desk never actually closes, because half of Indian cricket happens on Australian and English time. Deposit and withdrawal messages get priority handling during big matches.

Support works in Hindi and English, text or voice notes. If you are not yet a player and just have questions before getting a Lemon Exchange ID, the same chat answers those too — no obligation attached.

Payment issues

Missing credits and payout status — send screenshot + ID name and it gets traced against the account statement.

Access issues

Password resets, lock removals and current site links — usually resolved in one message each way.

Settlement queries

Think a market settled wrong? Send the details; it gets checked against the platform record.

Scope

Where our help stops, and why

Naming the edges up front spares you a wasted afternoon. Lemon Exchange customer care can trace a deposit, chase a withdrawal, reset a password, remove a lock, send the current site link, reissue an app link, check a settlement against the platform record, correct a balance where a genuine error turns up, and set a deposit break or a full self-exclusion on request.

It cannot cancel a matched bet, because somebody else is sitting on the other side of it. It cannot change the odds you took or the outcome of a market that settled correctly under its own rules. It cannot pay a withdrawal into an account that never funded the ID without extra checks first. And it will not give you a tip, a prediction or a "fixed" report — anyone offering those is selling you something.

Your password, your card PIN, a one-time code, a charge to hand back money already yours — none of that is ever requested here. Anyone requesting them is wearing our name and nothing else, however convincing the profile looks.

Templates

Copy these message formats

None of this is compulsory. It just cuts the conversation from six messages down to two.

Deposit not credited

Username, amount, time of payment, UTR reference, and the payment success screenshot. One message, all five things.

Withdrawal status

Username, amount requested, time requested, and the bank or UPI details you gave. Ask once, then let it run.

Cannot log in

Username and a screenshot of the exact error. Say whether it is the app or the site, and which browser you are on.

Settlement query

Match, market name, your stake and price, plus a screenshot of the settled bet. Add the scorecard link if you have it.

Limit or break request

Username and what you want set: a deposit cap, a cooling-off period, or a full block. No reason required, no argument given.

Just a question

Ask it plainly. You do not need an account to use Lemon Exchange customer care for a straight question.

Faster fixes

Send these three things and skip the back-and-forth

Your ID username

Every account action starts with locating your record. Lead with the username, always.

A screenshot

Payment proof with visible transaction ID, or the exact error screen you are seeing.

One-line description

“Deposited 500 at 9:40 pm, not credited” beats a long story. Precision speeds everything up.

Checks and timings

Verification, turnaround and escalation

Before anything that changes access or moves money, expect a short identity check. Usually it is no more than confirming your last deposit amount or the account it came from — facts a stranger would not have. It feels like a formality right up until the day somebody tries to lift your balance, and then it is the reason they cannot.

Realistic turnarounds look like this. A plain question, a couple of minutes. A password reset or a fresh platform link, a few minutes. A deposit trace, minutes once the screenshot arrives, longer if the money went to a retired collection account. A withdrawal, usually the same day. A settlement review, an hour or two, because somebody has to read the market rules and the scorecard properly rather than guess.

If the first reply does not solve it, say so in the same thread and ask for escalation instead of starting again somewhere else. A senior person picks it up with the whole history already in front of them. If a full day passes with nothing moving, repeat the summary through our contact page so it sits in two places. Splitting one problem across three numbers is the fastest way to slow it down.

Disputes and records

How a settlement dispute is actually looked into

Send the market name, your stake, the price you took and a screenshot of the settled bet. The desk pulls the platform record, reads the rules attached to that specific market, and lines both up against the official scorecard. Session voids after rain cause most of the arguments, and most of the time the rule was simply never read. Where the record shows a real error, the balance is corrected and you are told exactly what went wrong.

Keep your own records anyway. A screenshot of any bet above your usual stake, the deposit success screens, and the chat itself, which is already timestamped and cannot be quietly edited. Lemon Exchange customer care runs on evidence, and the player who has it gets a faster answer than the player describing something from memory three days later.

Coverage does not thin out on holidays or at 2 a.m. Half of Indian cricket happens on Australian and English clocks, so somebody is awake. Match nights get more hands on the chat, not fewer. Hindi and English both work, typed or as voice notes, and mixing the two is perfectly normal here.

Last thing: tell us when we are bad at this. Specific feedback with a date and a time changes how a shift gets staffed. A vague complaint changes nothing. Lemon Exchange customer care is a small team, which means the person reading your complaint is usually the person who can act on it the same week.

Why chat beats a call centre

The case for WhatsApp-first support

A written chat is a permanent record. When money is involved, that protects you: the payment details you were given, the screenshot you sent, the confirmation you received — all of it stays scrollable, timestamped and undeletable. A phone call leaves nothing to point at later.

It is also simply faster in practice. You can send a screenshot mid-match without leaving the game, the desk can process three players’ deposits in parallel, and nobody spends eight minutes “verifying your details for security purposes”. Voice notes cover the cases where talking is easier.

The one thing to remember: use the number that issued your ID, not numbers found in Telegram groups claiming to be Lemon Exchange support. Impersonation is the only real scam vector in this space. Bookmark this page, use its buttons, and you are always talking to the right desk. Questions about money movement specifically are covered in depth on the deposit and withdrawal guide.

FAQ

Customer care questions

What counts as a customer care issue versus a general question?

A care issue is anything stuck: a credit that has not landed, a payout past its window, a login that will not open, a market that looks settled wrong. A general question is how a market works, what the minimum is, whether a tournament is covered. Both go to the same chat. Flagging which one you are sending just helps the desk queue it properly.

Which details speed up a customer care reply the most?

Your ID username in the first line, every time. After that, a screenshot of the exact screen you are looking at, and one sentence saying what you expected versus what happened. Add the amount and the time for anything involving money, and the UTR reference if a payment is involved. That combination usually gets a fix rather than a follow up question.

Is customer care available on national holidays?

Yes. Diwali, Holi, Republic Day, a random Sunday in the off season - somebody is on the chat. Cricket does not stop for the Indian calendar and neither does the desk. Bank settlement is the part that slows down, not the support: a payout requested on a long holiday weekend may sit in the banking queue even though your message was answered in two minutes.

Can customer care reverse a bet I placed by mistake?

No, and no honest desk will tell you otherwise. Once a bet is matched on the exchange there is a counterparty on the other side of it, so cancelling would mean taking money from another punter. Unmatched orders you can cancel yourself in the app. The real protection is a confirmation habit: read the number twice before you tap, especially in-play.

How does the desk verify it is really me asking?

Mostly by the chat itself - requests come from the number that registered the ID, which is already a strong signal. For anything that changes access or moves money, expect a couple of questions only you can answer: your last deposit amount, the account it came from, or a recent bet. Passwords and one-time codes stay with you; we do not request either.

What is the escalation path if the first reply does not help?

State clearly in the same thread that the answer has not solved it, and request escalation. That moves the thread to a senior person on the desk rather than restarting it. If a day passes with no movement, send a short summary through the contact page so it lands in a second place. Do not open a new chat from a different number, that only splits the history.

Does customer care help in Hindi?

Yes, Hindi and English both, in text or voice notes. Plenty of players find it easier to record twenty seconds of Hindi than to type out a payment problem at midnight, and that is completely fine. Mixed Hinglish is fine too. The only thing that matters is that the username, the amount and the screenshot make it into the message.

How are settlement disputes investigated?

The desk pulls the platform record for that market and compares it against the official scorecard and the market rules, then against your bet slip. Most disputes turn out to be a rule the punter had not read, particularly on session voids. Genuine errors do happen and get corrected with the balance adjusted. Either way you get an explanation, not just a verdict.

Can customer care recover an account I lost access to?

Usually yes, if you message from the number the ID was created on. Password resets and lock removals take one message each way. If you have changed phone numbers, expect a slower process with identity questions first, because the alternative is a stranger walking off with your balance. Never send credentials to anyone who contacts you first.

How do I give feedback about a bad support experience?

Send it on the same chat, or through the contact page if you would rather it went somewhere else. Be specific about the day, the time and what went wrong - vague complaints change nothing, a timestamp changes something. Slow replies during a match rush and confusing answers are the two we hear most, and both are fixable when someone actually reports them.
